“Together we anchor the sacred masculine and divine feminine—embodying the heart of Isis and the strength of Osiris, the womb and the hara. Our energies merge, restoring balance and harmony to this earthly plane. Reuniting the bond of mortal flesh and divine essence.”
I’ve been exploring my soul’s connection to ancient Egypt lately and what has come to me is a surprising relationship between my priestess, Ankhra, and a priest, Rakesh. When I first felt them together I was reminded of the deep bond between Magdalene and Yeshua, Isis and Osiris, Shiva and Parvati. A beautiful blend and dance of masculine and feminine energies.
I was surprised by this, knowing that typically priests and priestesses were separate and devoted their lives to anchoring their own frequencies. But it felt like these two aspects had their own mission to bring these energies together and return the deep bond of Isis and Osiris back down here to earth. Perhaps not everyone knew about their mission, but they were bestowed this honour and gift by those closest to the divine mission of the temples.
In ceremony, they would sit facing each other, with their hands on each other’s hearts. A flow of energy would soon emerge and they could feel a golden glow cycling between them like an infinity symbol, representing the power of reunion and the balance of love and relationship.
I felt tears of remembrance witnessing this and the familiarity of just how powerful subtle energy movement can be, especially between two people who have opened themselves to giving and receiving. They showed me the gift of tuning into what the heart and soul most desire to share and the beauty of giving energy to sources that will return the flow.
Not only did this remind me of my desire for deep sacred union, but also how important it really is to be in relationship with others. We are in a lifetime now where we don’t have to be devotional alone or surrender our lives to the will of the divine. We get to be in life with others - inspired by each other and moved by our mutual processes and gifts. Ankhra and Rakesh broke the boundaries of separation and seclusion to bring back the codes of reunion and unity.
It’s so tempting to remain stuck in a lone wolf place where you are safe and can’t be impacted by those around you. But when you find the right souls, you will crave the growth and depth that relationality provides. So much around us is trying to encourage and create separation - so I feel a deep desire to water connection, harmony and intimacy in heart, soul and body.
