Frequency Shifts, Metabody Recalibrations, & Soul Remembrances

Oh, there are just some massive light body upgrades, deep cellular purging, soul remembrance, and heightened sensitivity going on during and after this potent eclipse/Equinox passage! Eclipses really do act as reset points/markers/thresholds......inviting the release of deep-seated ancestral and family imprints, karmic loops, and cellular memories tied to the 3D density matrix. This eclipse cycle may have dredged up old emotional patterns (grief, fear, doubt) to be transmuted with shadow alchemy occurring in your inner and outer sacred unions and relationships too.

This is the first I've been able to really share about it as I held space for the deep integration and reset going on within me since the powerful Solar Eclipse and receiving of the hexagon-shared sun codes (pic on my feed). Mostly I've been sitting in a float space of theta drift since then, feeling my energy flows recalibrate, grounding outside barefoot by our altar when the weather allows. Feeling surges of inspiration to feel into and go down rabbit holes related to soul remembrance with many veils lifting on my soul's lifetimes in Egypt through my Gatekeeper aspect Iskara, plus opening up these timelines with Kasha yesterday during a session and with Raphael too.

There have been moments of sadness and tears with Iskara that I recognize as embracing the complexity of a soul's homecoming, processing what has been 'lost' as the veils got denser, the disbursement happened of our soul family lineage, and the patriarchy/Matrix energies became more and more suppressive of the Divine feminine.

Iskara has been in moments of disdain and judgement for the density of our modern culture that is more about entertainment, materialism, separation, and fear than reverence, sacredness, unity and love devotion to the Divine Feminine. Yet, she is becoming increasingly humble taking in the intimacy and vulnerability and just daily householding in joy that I share with Raphael in sacred union, something she did not know as a priestess. She is understanding more that this lifetime is about being both the householder in sacred union AND a priestess in devotion with the Divine Mother, reconciling these frequencies in new ways within me and for my metasoul.

Frequency Shifts & Metabody Recalibrations

The eclipse energies feel like they are testing our physical vessels in some ways, revealing where old density may still linger. Your body may be releasing heavy metals, toxins, or old cellular debris. Attachments to emotional eating or comfort foods tied to ancestral survival codes may be coming through with deeper layers of parasite, fungal, or candida detox as lower energies exit. This can bring though sudden body purges with headaches/nausea, liver/gut clearing. There is also activated nervous system rewiring, leading to heightened electromagnetic sensitivity with more solar flares and storms going on this week as well.

The eclipse energies also open up your Metabody or your Metasoul’s body, a cosmic cellular memory bank that holds the incarnation wound, persecution experiences, traumas, and access/transformations of your body from all of your lifetimes here on the Earth plane. Access to your Metabody is a bridge to not just the traumas and persecution wounds, yet also the higher frequency codes that some of our soul aspects had still access to in their lifetimes such as living on light/less dense food, healing illness/injury with sound & energy frequencies, reversing aging/immortality, and more.

These cosmic events act really like frequency recalibrators, accelerating both detoxification and DNA activation as we shift deeper into crystalline and Divine Self embodiment.

Everything is about frequency. This keeps coming to me as a code lately, really tuning into how sensitive I am to it on every level. Being 'at' and allowing lower frequencies into our lives in the forms of relationships, foods, environment, jobs/livelihood, etc. WILL lower our frequency and make it more challenging to feel light, love, joy, goodness, and the Divine. Earth's frequency has been hijacked for so long too since the fall of Atlantis and now ascending to 5D Gaia, offering the opportunity for us to raise our 'base tone' frequency as well.

It can be protector/Gatekeeper parts (even aspects like Iskara) who are more comfortable keeping you in those lower frequencies, especially of ongoing suffering loops and attachments to toxic relationships/foods, etc. These denser frequencies become 'home' in this way and the protector can keep you 'safe' here, your vulnerable inner child tucked away often in the dark, isolated, lonely, hurt. Negotiation with these protectors and outloud dialogue with them allows the spaces to open up and the veils to lift.

Fasting & Sound Healing Memories

I'm remembering that it was six years ago that I did my first water fast and how sick I felt with headaches, muscle cramps, and weakness. Yet, also, it opened up the bridge of remembrance to lifetimes where my soul aspects had lived on very little physical food and rather the 'frequencies' of healing sounds, Divine love, high vibrational light/sun, nature, and loving/resonant bonds in sacred spiritual communities.

It was also six years ago that we bought our first set of quartz crystal bowls. I had never even heard one played live before then yet spent a couple hundred dollars on amazon and within a few days had the full seven chakra set. After playing my first one and feeling/hearing that clear, pure tone frequency ring out, I have not been without them for very long (only for a few months when we first moved to Europe and had sold our first set) and played them (along with toning/light language) in many healing circles and virtual groups since then.

The codes of remembrance for living on light or really high frequency source feeding is one that I feel called to again and again which the sound bowls help support and activate. The stages and phases of being in this transition have been both profound (with an intense, cellular and intestinal upgrade/rewire process with the Arcturians in Canada) to now a more subtle, ongoing letting go of denser foods that continues now to mostly liquids for me. This post-eclipse window is a rebirth into higher sustenance, lighter living, and energetic sovereignty. The Metabody recalibrations are guiding us beyond the 3D density into quantum nourishment and crystalline embodiment. As the veils lift, we are invited into deeper soul remembrance, integrating the wisdom of our ancient lineages while anchoring into the sacred simplicity of embodied love.
