To the precious inner child, I honour you both in the pain you’ve had to endure and the light that you bring to my life

Being a teenager is like living your life with your heart on your sleeve and doing everything you can to protect that heart.

I am the lost teenager in the void, caught between worlds. Heavy with grief and loss and undigested pain, my tears are so often silent.

Your Inner Child initially holds the energy of your wounded daughter or son, the part most impacted by your relationship with your parents

Your Inner Teenager is the part of you representing the phase and stage after childhood and before adulthood, usually between 11 and 18 year
